About Shawn Boday
Shawn Boday is the founder and owner of Perday LLC and is currently based out of the Pacific Northwest. Before creating his own real estate investment company, Shawn Boday graduated from the University of Washington with a bachelor of science in computer science. Utilizing his web development skills, Shawn Boday started a successful web development company.
After seeing success with his first company, Shawn decided to pursue other entrepreneurial endeavors, but this time in the real estate industry. In 2005, Shawn Boday founded Perday LLC a real estate and land development investment firm. The company was created under the notion that all people should live in comfortable, affordable, and properly constructed buildings.
Since the Pacific Northwest has received such an influx in residents in the past decade, more businesses have emerged. Shawn and the team at Perday LLC concentrate on fulfilling their mission by seeking out new and local developers in the area to help improve the overall development of the area. Not only that, but the team at Perday LLC makes sure that these upcoming businesses are considering the environment when developing real estate.
When not devoting his time to Perday LLC, you can find Shawn Boday spending time in the outdoors. From the picturesque mountain range to the western seashores, Shawn appreciates all of the beauty that the Pacific Northwest has to offer. A few of his favorite outdoor actives include golfing and snowboarding.
During the winter, Shawn Boday loves to ski and snowboard on the mountainous landscape. Snowboarding is one of Shawn’s personal passions and frequently writes about it on his snowboarding blog. He has covered a large range of topics from world records to advice for first-time snowboarders. His personal favorite winter resort is Crystal Mountain, one of the largest resorts in all of Washington. It is well known and loved for its high speed and a year-round gondola that provides some spectacular views of the resort.
In the warmer months, Shawn likes to hit the green for a round of golf. His favorite courses include Chambers Bay in Washington and the course located at the University of Idaho.
If he’s not spending time outdoors, you can find Shawn Boday playing online videos games. A web developer himself, Shawn appreciates the graphics and mental strategy that accompanies video games. Two games that he plays the most include World of Warcraft and League of Legends.
Above all, Shawn Boday loves to spend time with his family and explore the Pacific Northwest and all it has to offer.
